Serving the educational community is my life’s calling. It is an honor to have successfully served hundreds of families, schools and educational professionals as Dallas’ first educational consultant. Bringing 40+ years experience to my clients, I started Katherine Lunde Consulting in 1994, and my passion gives me the privilege of making children’s lives as rich as they can be.

I can help.
Children with unique challenges need to be understood emotionally, socially, physically, and cognitively to succeed. Each child is an individual and deserves to be viewed for who they are as opposed to who they are not!
I am eager to give you support, ideas, and resources so each can be the best that he or she can be! Physicians, therapists, schools, administrators, teachers, and families make referrals to me. I work with a broad range of public (ISD) school systems and private schools to empower children to reach their maximum potential.
When formal schooling begins, I will work with you to insure that proactive and current IEPs (individual educational plans) and BIPs (behavioral intervention plans) are implemented daily as part of your child’s educational experience. This is a mandatory step to support your child’s schooling. I attend ARD meetings with you to help interpret what goes on at those meetings, and help develop appropriate IEPs and BIPs.
Knowing the specifically designed educational processes will maximize a parents ability to advocate for their child. This is an absolute necessity! The goal is always to find the right school and tutoring support using the child’s strengths to empower development. All children deserve to feel worthy and happy!
